Chairperson Hanlon called the Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

Replacement of existing cesspools with new septic system within 100
feet of wetland resource area.

The cesspool is failing and needs to be upgraded. This project has been approved by the
Board of Health.
Motion: [Pastore /Cauldwell] to issue a Negative 3 Determination.

8:00 P.M. Chatham Realty Trust -- Request for Determination
Re: Map 39, Lot 6 -- off Bird Road and Maple Street
Deliniation of flagged wetland boundary.
D. M. Johnson, West Bridgewater, was preset to represent the Applicant.
They are in the process of finalizing plans with Planning Board. It is a six unit residential
compound with 20' wide access driveway. There is an old gravel pit which they would
like to convey to the Town as open space should they wish to accept it. They will be
coming in for a Full Notice of Intent on roadway.
Motion: [Cauldwell/Pastore] to issue a Negative 1 Determination.

OLDINEW BUSINESS
Conservation Constables: More details with regard to duties and responsibilities will be
created over the next few weeks.
Proposed Warrant Article for Special Town Meeting: A memorandum to the Board
of Selectmen regarding proposed Warrant Article for Special Town Meeting was in the
package. The Sel_ctmen have put this on the Agenda for 7:40 p.m. on Wcuinesday.
Lenny Flynn Shirley Hanlon and Dick Lewis will attend this meeting.
George Fram Estates -- Serena Nardone: They would like to Deed over to Town Lot
C, as Open Space Land.
Motion: [Cauldwell/Pastore] to accept this land.

Motion: [CauldwelVPastore] to approve the February 10, 1997 Meeting Minutes.

Fulton's Pond: Ms. Hanlon would like a letter sent to the Mansfield Children's School
commending the children for the work they did at Fulton's Pond.
NEXT MEETING:
The next Conservation Commission Meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 17,
1997.
The site walk will take place on Saturday, March 15, 1997, at 7:30 a.m. The Commission
will meet at 155 West Street.
(Mr. Cauldwell left the Meeting.)
Motion: [Boyer/Pastore] to go into Executive Session at 8:15 p.m., by voice vote,
to discuss Land Acquisition issues.
