Chairperson Hanlon called the Meeting to order at 7 :30 P.M.
Next Meeting: The Conservation Commission will meet 7.•30 P.M. on Monday, June 30,
1997.

PUBLIC HEARING
7 :45 P.M. Kevin Murphy -- Notice of Intent Hearing
Re: 61 Fox Street
Construction of house and associated grading within 100 feet of a
wetland resource area, with flood plain filling and compensation.
The file number is SE211 -566. Ralph Maloon represented Mr. Murphy at this Hearing. All the
flagging has been moved per site walk. There is no wetland buffer on the plan. Mr. Lewis noted
that everything is in place and he will have the Orders at the next meeting on June 30th to be
signed with wetland fine noted.
Motion: [Boyer /Cook] to Close the Hearing. Vote: 4 -0 -1
(Selectman Cauldwell abstained.)
8:10 P.M. Angle Tree Development Corp.
Re: Construction of roadway, with proposed wetland filling and replication,
construction of homes, and associated grading and drainage work within the
buffer zones of wetland resource areas.
Mr. Maloon reviewed the material on the drainage study. He reviewed Areas A and B drainage
as well as high ground water levels. Mr. Maloon reviewed the pert test data.
Mr. Lewis stated that he spoke with Pam Harvey, Director of Wetlands Waterway Program for
D.E.P. They were determined to be intermittent streams. Mr. Maloon gave details concerning
the culvert. Each individual lot was presented and discussed. Based on that discussion, it was
concluded that streams on project site are not subject to Rivers Act since they are presently
almost completely dry.
This project does not have a file number. They can do some cleaning in the street.
Motion: To continue this Hearing at 7 :45 P.M. on June 30, 1997 [Cauldwell/Boyer].
VOTE: 6 -0,0
The Conservation Commission received a memorandum from the Acting Assistant D.P.W.
Director regarding outside watering.
