Chairperson Shirley Hanlon called the Meeting to Order at 7:30 P.M.

Re: 43 Ian Keats Drive
Construction of proposed garage and associated grading within 100 feet of a wetland
resource area.
The septic system is in front and they will not be taking down any trees. The finding will go into
the Determination.
Motion: [Cauldwell/Burke] to issue a Negative 3 with Conditions including hay bales and trees
will not be taken down. Vote: 6 -0 -0

Request for Determination of Applicability Hearing
Re: Ispo Inc. Property, Branch Street
Installation of two groundwater monitoring wells within 100 feet of a wetland
resource area.
Peter Cameron, ENSR Consulting, was present to review this project. They are proposing to put
in two wells. A sentence will be added in to `keep Conservation Commission and Mr. Lewis up to
date'.
Motion: [Cauldwell/Cook] to issue a Negative 3 Determination. Vote: 6 -0-0

Notice of Intent Hearing
Re: National Lumber, Francis Avenue
Piping of a drainage channel and creation of a stormwater management basin
on land of National Lumber on Francis Avenue.
James Dunn, Dunn & MacKenzie, was present to review this project. The plan was displayed for
discussion. This does not have a file number.
Motion: [Cauldwell/Cook] to continue this Hearing until 7:35 P.M. on July 28h. Vote: 6 -0 -0
The D.E.P. File number should be available at the next Meeting.

Applications on the July 28`x' Agenda: The following Applications will appear before the
Commission at the next Meeting.
* 16 Angelina Lane — Pool
* Ames Distribution Center - Remedial Work
* Fram Drive off Bird Road - Lots 8, 9 & 10
Mr. Lewis will see that the lots are set up with stakes and copies of the package will be sent out.
York Road:
Dick Lewis has had discussions with abutters to the Lot 2 Conservation land regarding
encroachments and uses of land.
Scott Goyea Property: A letter will be sent to Selectman Mahana with copies to the Board
informing him the gates should be installed soon.
Next Meeting: The next Meeting will be held on Monday, July 28`", at 7:30 P.M.
