MEETING MINUTES

Chairperson Hanlon called the Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Meeting Minutes- September 28, 1998:
Motion: [Boyden/Cook] to approve the September 28, 1998 Meeting Minutes, as amended.

Re: 10 Riverwood Drive
Construction of addition to a single family house with the driveway and associated site
work within 100 feet of a wetland resource area.
No file number has been issued. The plan has been reviewed.
Motion: [Ottaviani/Boyden] to close the Hearing. Vote: 4 -0 -0
Motion: [Cook/Ottaviani] to approve the Order of Conditions and to be mailed upon
receipt of the file number. Vote: 4 -0 -0
8:00 P.M. Folkman & Zola Builders -- Notice of Intent Hearing Continued
Re: Lots 1, 4, and 7, Homefield Drive, land between Homefield Drive and Bird Rd.
Construction of homes on Lots 1, 4, 7, Homefield Drive, and installation of Water
Main between Homefield Drive and Bird Road, with work taking place within 100
feet of wetland resource areas, and the water main going through a bordering wetland
area.
The following file numbers have been assigned: Lot 1, SE211 -596; Lot 7, SE211 -598; and, Lot 4,
SE211 -597.
The septic tank for Lot 4 has been resdesigned to meet Title V requirement regarding distance to vernal
pool. No changes to the proposals for Lots 1 and 7.

Motion: [Boyden/Ottaviani] to approve the Order of Conditions for Lot 1 and 7. Vote: 4-0 -0

Grant Application: This property is in Massapoag, Easton/Sharon/Mansfield. The application was
submitted. Mansfield Conservation will send a letter of support.
Qualters Middle School: Apparently the revised plan for QMS never got to the contractor. They put
the pipe in per original plan. There are options that have not been explored. This matter will be tabled
until an answer is received at the November 9th Meeting at 7:30 p.m. when the architect /engineer will
be asked to attend.
