Chairperson Hanlon called the Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

Construction of new play fields and associated areas with clearing and grading work within 100 feet of a
wetland resource area.
File #SE2I 1 -600 -- ne Commission walked the site and the wetland line was approved. No problems with proposed
work activities.

Re: 15 Plymouth Street
Construction of warehouse, with access roadway going through a wetland resources area, and
other associated grading and site work within 100 feet of a wetland resource area.
File #SE211 -601. Revised Plan discussed. Replication area will be revised to protect stand of beech trees. The hay
bales will stay where they are now. General maintenance of one culvert and catch basins will be included in the Order of
Conditions. This will be done by the Applicant and this will be stated in the Order of Conditions.,

Old/New Business
Lot 4, Stearns Ave.: The Commission received a letter from the Natural Heritage Program. D.E.P. may intervene in
the project.
December Meeting Schedule: The Conservation Commission will meet on Monday, December 7, 1998 and Monday,
December 21, 1998, if necessary, at 7:30 p.m.
