Regarding Maple Park note that RIM must supply an as built plan
Motion: To amend minutes to read `GRIM must supply an as build plan
for Maple Park.'

Application for appointment to Board - Shaw and Mueller
Bill front Community Health Agency $1,312.50
Motion: Pay

Application for Installers Permit - Frederick Garrenza, Also two letters of
eefference from Attleboro and Wrentham.
Motion: Approve subject to fee being paid

3. Motion: to adjourn to meet with Board of Selectmen for joint meeting to
fill vacancy on Board of Health
(Secher- Benson, all in favor) VOTED
Sandra Holske was appointed to the Board,
- 4, Board will meet in workshop session next Tuesday to review Dunn's proposal
for on -site sewage testing for next year.
