1.11 NUTES
November 23, 1976
Present: Chairman Clemmey, F. Jones, S. Holske
Motion: That F. Jones act as clerk

1. Minutes of November 17
#3 note that Chairman attempted to contact Antosca 3 times again
this week.
Regarding paint chips from 1 School Street, Chairman delivered
them to Bill Cahoon to be taken to lab for testing, Cahoon
returned to Building Inspector. Chairman will follow -up
tomorrow.
Regarding Foxboro Company repair of septic system, Tim Hennessey
advised Chairman that they were unable to install the pump
specified on their plan, but installed one twice as big, and
the field is a little bigger. Building inspector viewed the
installation. Final inspection will be done by Dunn. Chairman
advised Hennessey that Board would require an as -built plan
showing the changes.
Motion: To approve minutes of November 17

3. Construction Works Permit
200 Lawndale Road - Boutas: Boutas delivered plans to uunn for
review and returned them to Board with corrections made. Chairman
signed plans during week after receiving verbal approval from
D. Benson and S. Holske.
Motion: To approve construction works permit for 200 Lawndale
Road. All Uorrection have been made

4. S. Holske will be handling flu clinic on December 3. Dr, ison
will be in attendance.
5. Town rianager met with Board to review budget prvpvsa�s for
fiscal year 77 -78. Contadt Community Health Agency, Home
Health Services and Mental Health for their budget requests.
The following line items were changed:
451 -2 -T. B. Care - 0
-3- Physicians Services - $200
-4- Clinic Supplies - $50
5 -T.B. Testing - 0
452 -4- Supplies $200 - in .lieu of purchasing new file cabinet,
Town manager will have a map file built
-5- Advertising and Printing - $600
