Dunn presented a graph showing water table reading which he feels is about 2 -3 feet below desirable level, and that some of the tests tie is now taking are not Very good. He has suggested thatthe engineers provide a 10 foot pipe to put to the service hole, water level can then be read in the spring. He saw no reason for not testing now as long as the Board realized that the crater is at a low point. Regarding his proposal of on -site sewage services Dunn stated he was satisfied with working' ;'or the $27 an hour rate, feeling this would be fairer to both parties. He felt the Board would have a distinct advantage in having a registered en;,ineer working for it, that a professional opinion is usually backed up by b December 15, 1976 - 2 - registration and experience.
