#4 regarding School Street lots of Staples and Tessier. Staples
was advised to go back to his engineer and have plans redone with
elevations to show where the nround water is in the pits, and
get back to the Board with as -built plans

Letter from Dunn regarding proposed landfill at Bleachery. He
does not lave enough information to make a recommendation.
Letter to Foxboro Board of Health stating Dunn's quesItions and
request they keep us informed. `

Letter from Dunn regarding Staples and Tessier 858 School Street
with recommendations for complying with Board's regulations.
Letters to Staples, Tessier, RIM and Building Inspector stating
they will be required to comply with recommendations.

Construction works permit
68 Williams Street - Tarsa
Letter to Conservation Commission requesting that they inspect
the lot to see if cones within Conservation Commission regulations
regarding distance from waterway.
