From Town Manager regarding Whitman and Howard landfill study report

Follow -up on Owens- Illinois precipitator installation
3. Regarding Rumford River Estates, Chairman advised that Gray has withdrawn
his subdivision plan. He is hiring a company.to drill in order to find
type of material and water table.
4. on -site sewage tests
Franklyn Allen - 663 and 673 Ware Street
Motion: Approve 663 test of August 261 1976 and 673 test of September 8,
1976, subject to determination of spring time ground water
readings prior to approval of this designs
(Jonas - Clemmey, Shaw, Holske in favor; Benson abstain) VOTED
Clemmey relinquished Chairmanship for this vote.
5. Board drafted its annual report for insertion into the Town Annual Report.
6. Motion: to send letter to Dick Secher for his services on the Board
(Benson- Holske, all in favor) VOTED
