3. Construction works permits

the Board

Conservation Commission has stated that this lot does not come under their
Jurisdiction
4,, Ralph Maioon met with Board regarding subdivision of Rustic Acres on Ware
Street for Boutas. He had questions on some of the Boards recommendations .
in.their letter to the Planning Board. H1 - RIM agreeable to showing
location of proposed sewage disposal facilities. 1#2 - lots will be
approved on a lot by lot basis. Stump dump will be located behind
shell oil line on lot 12. Board suggested that this be discussed with
the Planning Board.
`5. Chairman met with Finance Commission Monday evening. Account 452-5 was
dropped 'to $100,
6. Chairman talked to Dunn regarding Compo Chemical. He is coming next week '
to.view the Site.
