Motion: Grant permit to Airport Snack Bar, Lena's Sub Shop, Townhouse
Restaurant for food service establishment, Lens's Sub Shop, for
milk and cream license
(motion by Holske- second by Jones, Holske, Jones, Benson in favor)

3, Leon Grant met with the Board regarding his motor vehicle salvage yard on
eruiti Street. He requested that in lieu of putting in an on -site sewage
system for the office building that he be allowed to installed a 2,000 gallon
holding tank which he proposes to pump every 30 days. D. Benson will
contact Dunn for his recommendation."
Frank Allen questioned whether this type of system would be allowed for
residential use also.
4. Call received from June Brown, Community Health Agency regarding measels,
She stated there was no measels epidemic in the area. Parents who are`
concerned about measels vaccine given in the 1960's should contact
Community Health or their doctor.
5. Complaint received from Ms. Suarez, 69 Creeden Street of car fumes and
paint fumes coming `;from.the car repair shop under her, apartment.'
_ Motion: Notify the Building inspector to investigate and report to the
Board

6. Request for extension of on -site sewage tests - 16 and 19 Brookside Drive
Conley Eagan

7. Letter to Bert Cook to meet with the Board with his inspection reports.
8. Letter to J & 8. Builders, William Travers, advising him that we have
requested Building Inspector make three inspections of all of his on -site
sewage installations.
