Minutes of: September 20, 1977
Present: Karl Clemmey, Dolores Benson and Richard Secher
Meeting called to order at 7:50 P.M.
Motion to accept minutes of Emergency meeting of September
15th as corrected was made by R.';Secher., Second by D. Benson
all in !favor.`
Motion to hold another Board meeting on September 22nd was
made by R. Secher, „second by D. 'Benson,,- all in favor,
Interviews were held for the position of secretary to the
Board for the following:
Deborah Buttons
Deborah Corsille
Georgina Southern
Mabel Polson
(Letter of application was received and read from
Paula Jean I'1o'rris)
Corres� ndence
1. Letter from P:r. & Mrs. Becker. of 'dire street stating
their appreciation for the Board's assistance and
attention to the problem they had encountered in the
-repair of their septic system.
2. CCIZ - State Sanitary Code (Title 11) okinges and
additions.
Bills
1. Sun Chronicle - for ad in paper for position of secretary.
Charged to account # 4 -52 -5.
Plans
1. Angelo Is Suo Shop (applicant Hr 1. an McGaughlin)

corrections and then back to our engineer
for review.
2. Morse earth removal _plan o. ?lm Street.

Misc.
1. The Board agreed to hold payment of final bill for
secretarial services to Joan Crotty until the Chairman
meets with her for the purposes of bringing up -to-date
all Board of Health material and books.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
Next meeting date: September 22nd at 7 :30 p.m.
