Hoard pictures of the property showings the condition of the house
and the yard. Ohe told the Board she has advised the Building
Inspector several times. The Board advised her of the letter
from the iBuilding Inspector to the property owner and the time
period allowed o correct the problems. Mrs. Austin was also
advised by the Board to contact the Building Inspector if the
property is not cleaned -up and that if no action is taken by
next week, the Board will 'hold a special meeting with Town
Counsel to condemn the property.

Decide which direction to go in. More regulations will be
added. Possibley move sanitary land 'fill to different spot.
Under Chairman's report for next weeks Ray Guenard 93 South
Street should :submit an "as ;built" plan there is a well and
he can't be within 100 ;feet of the well.
