MINUTES
December 2, 1977
This is an emergency meeting called by the
posted with the Town Clerk.
Presents Chairman Clemmey, Clerk Benson, S. Holske
Dr. Sohn
Meeting called to order at 12x00 Noon.
Chairman Clemmey advised the Board that the reason for the
meeting was that the Board of Selectmen did not inform the
Board that the new engineer has been hired, to start January 3.
The Town Manager has asked Ronald Dubuc to do the pert tests.
Chairman Clemmey has talked with Jim Dunn and he is willing to
do the pert tests until the new engineer comes and that he will
submitt a new resignation, to the Board. As there will be
no one to do inspections, Chairman Clemmey advised the Board
he will be willing to continue to do the inspections until the
new engineer arrives. Officially the Board was not informed
that a new engineer has been hired. The Board will send the
following letter to the Town Manager. Bills At your earliest
convenience, one day next week except Thursday, the Board
would like to meet with you at noon time so that you can
explain to us the exact duties and responsibilities of the
new engineer to the Board of Health. Would you please call
me at 339 -6316 to tell me which day is convenient for you.
Motions To re -hire James Dunn as our engineer until the new
engineer starts in January.

Motions To retain Karl Clemmey as Health Agent until the
new engineer starts in January.
(S. Holske -Dr. Sohn, three in favor, D. Benson abstained.)
Chairman's Report
11/16 ls40 PM First inspection Gladiola Terrace. The
engineer is RIM, the installer is Beatty.
11/18 Final inspection Gladiola Terrace. "As Built" was
received. Chairman noted next week the Board will start
marking "As Builts" approved.
12/2 Chairman will today inspect 575 Ware Street, Ray Lively
Gary Nelson, 730 Ware Street. Inspected today. There is a
difference in the plan. The house has been moved over. The
tank is in front and the distribution box has beenaloved. Will
need as built.
