1. Minutes of December 14, 1977.
Motions To accept as read.
E. Tartufo- S1.Holske, (Dr. Sohn abstained as he was not present
at the meeting.)
2. Correspondence
Message was received from Robert L. Rizzo advising the Board
of payment for lots 1402 and 1407 Plantingfield Road in the
amount of $81.00. Copy of cancelled check was enclosed.
From Planning Board, minutes of November 30, 1977.
From Town Manager memo regarding the use of the Xerox Copier.
From Owens - Illinois letter regarding the status of the
Electrostatic Precipitator.

The Board reviewed the Annual Report.

7. Chairman's Report
Chairman Clemmey reported that hS(had been contacted by a
Mr. Kenney Anderson requestin Prihe denial of the pere test
on Lot #7 West Street. The Board reviewed the denial of 1975.
Chairman Clemmey will review the denial with Mr. Anderson.
December 14, first inspection. December 17 second inspection.
December 19 Final inspection. Home Developers 467 Crescent Street

Chairman's Report (cont)
Brockton, Ma. Rustic Acres Lot #11 house number 15. Fields have
been installed, the field is 24 by 42. 15,000 gallon tank has been
installed. The Engineer is RIM. The installer is Mr. Boutas of
Brockton. This will require a certified as built plan.
The tank and distribution box location have been changed.
Final inspection December 19 on Lot 13 Rustic Drive house number 12.
Fields have been installed. The installer is Mr. Boutas. The
engineer is RIM. The field is 24 by 42. This 19UM will require
a certified as built plan. The tank has been changed about three
feet and the distribution box has also been changed.
Notes All perc tests have been completed.
