Present: Chairman Clemmey, S. liolske, E. Tartufo.

Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. (adjourned meeting of May 3, 1978.)
Chairman Clemmey appointed E. Tartufo, Acting Clerk.
Letter dated May 2, 1978 to Chairman Clemmay was received from Robert L. Rizzo
regarding an extension on Construction Works Permits for 1402,1403, 1404, 1405,
and 1406 Plantingfield Road. The above request was tabled by the Board on
May 3, 1978 for further informotion. Chairm n Clemmey and Town Engineer
Jay Abely inspected the area today. The lots are off Otis Street,
Motion: To grant a one year xtension for Construction Works permits for the
above mentioned lots with th stipulation he receive Conservation approval
on 1407 Plantingfield Road.

Letter will be sent to Mr. R zzo and the Conservation Commission.

Lot #/2 194 Mill Street
Chairman Clemmey advised the Board this ,lot had to have another pert
as the water was too high the first time. It is now alright.
Motion: To give tentative approval to the above lot pending the
submission of a definitive plan.
(S. Holske -K. Clemmey, two in favor. E. Tartufo abstained.)

Chairman Clemmey and Town Engineer Jay Abely checked the lot today.
Town Engineer recommends approval as it is Mr. Allen's responsibility
to meet the rules and regulations.
Motion: To give tentative approval to the above lot pending the submission
of a definitive plan.

Chairman Clemmey and Town Engineer Jay Abely reviewed this lot today.
An addition is going on the Existing building. This will require a
pumped system and filling.
Motion: To give tentative approval on the above lot pending the submission
of a definitive plan.

established during the pert test was the ground water reading. An
order to complete testing our engineer recommends soil testing,during;
the dry season. Also Conservation approval may be required.

Chairman Clemmey asked that it be noted it was brought to the attention
of Town Engineer Jay Abely that the garage is built over the septic
tank, distribution box and pits.
The Chairman and Town Engineer checked this lot. Earlier this week
on Maya, 1378 a'test was taken across from this site. Due to the
ground water level this should be allright.
Motion: To give approval for the above lot for out -of- season testing.

Chairman Clemmey and Town Engineer Jay Abely viewed the above area
today. Engineer recommended approval. E. Tartufo stated he wanted
to delay any action until the other members of the Board were present.
He felt it was wiser on behalf of the Chairman to have the full board
vote. This will be presented at the next meeting,

( Letter will be sent advising Mr, Ma loon that the Board acknowledges
receipt of the soil examination showing water level only, The Board
notes there is town sewerage and that it doesn't come under their
jurisdiction.
