Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM.
1. Minutes of meeting of May 100 1978.

Amendment
Under Chairman's Report: Chairman and Town Engineer Jay Abely
inspected the monitor well on County Street and discussed the wells,
on West and Ware Street.

3. Correspondence
Received from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of
Environmental Quality Engineer Notice of public hearing regarding
Proposed Regulations for Solid Waste Transfer Stations. This will
be given to Town Engineer Jay Abely asking for his comments to the
Board.
Received from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of
Environmental Quality Engineering notice of violations noted by them
at the Sanitary Landfill because of a complaint and advising there will
be a conference held at 2 :00 P14 on June 1, 1978. Copy will be sent
to the Conservation Commission, Chairman and Town Engineer Jay Abely
will attend.
Letter watreceived from the Conservation Commission advising that
Lots 1020 and 1021+ West Street, Myles Franey comes under the Jurisdiction
of the Conservation Commission, Ch. 131. S. AO and that no work shall
commence until a Wetlands Protection Act Hearing is held. Letter will be
sent to 11r. Franey advising him of the above.
Letter was received from the Conservation Commission regarding 282
Chauncy Street and 16 Tanya Drive. The Commission advised the Board '
they cannot make a determination on the above lots because the drawings °r
are incomplete;: they requested additional information. They will be
sent a copy of the engineers diagram and will be advised this Is the only
plan the Board has. ;j
