Present: Chairman Clemmey, Clerk Benson, S. Holske, E. Tartufo, Or. Sohn.
fleeting called to order at 7:30 PH.
1. Minutes of October 18, 1978.
Motion: To accept the minutes as read.

2. Old Business
D. Benson advised the Board she had talked with Community Health
relative to setting -up a flu clinic for residents of Mansfield 26-59.
They advised her that Mansfield would be receiving 300.400 extra
doses which would be made available the end of November or first of
December. D. Benson cancelled all plans made by her for a clinic.
3. Health _Complaint
A cony>lalnt was received on October 23 from a neighbor on Union Street
Extension complaining of odor from septic systems of Josephine Schulz
at 220 Union Street and Edward Gramnglia at 225 Union Street. Chairman
will look Into the matter.
4. C�rresL�ondence
Received from the Southeastern Association of Boards of Health letter
advising of a Fall Meeting to be held November 8, 1978 in Mottapolsett.
Received from the Foxboro Area Health Center notice advising of a Open
House to be held at the Center.
Received from Nabisco letter advising there were no odor complaints
for the week of 10/15/78.
5. License
Falls Sanitary Pumping (Paul J. LaRosee)
236 Dean Street
Norton, ft.
For pumping and cleaning cesspools. Three references were received.
Motion: To grant the license.

6. Tam Engineer
Received from the Town Engineer letter regarding the minutes of
October 18, 1978 relative to P8 Out of Season Pere, #9 Plans.
Weekly report was received from the Town Engineer.
Also received from the Town Engineer was a copy of memo to Larry Pigeon (�
regarding violations at the Airport Snack Bar.

7. Out of Season Perc
Received from the Tam Engineer results of soil examination for
Orlando Souza, 277 Pratt Street. Ploy require Conservation approval
but the lot is acceptable.
Motion: To -Ive t :ntative approval on 277 Pratt Street pending
the submission of a definitive plan showing the design and layout
of the system,

8, Plans
Plans were received for Lots 100 11; and 12 Pinto Way, Circle M.
Town Engineer reconnended approval.
Motion: To accept Lots 10, i1, and 12 Pinto Way, but that the plans
not be given out until he obtains a street number for each lot.

Motion: To give the Chairman permission to sign the plans for 277 Pratt
Street, Souza as soon as all corrections are made.
