Board of Health Minutes January 19, 1983 Page three The Board discussed permits regarding pert tests and plans. One case considered was when a five year old plan is resubmitted the Board might want to consider some type of renewal permit. Once the pore is done and the Pero is good establish a fee for when the plan is submitted. If the plan expires have an intial renewal permit submitted with new plans and observation hole to be observed-, by the bent and applicants would not have to have engineer present which would eliminate that expense for the owner. Discussion was held on the fee for this which could be 025 -850. Possibly the Board may change their regulations so that a plan would not expire for two years instead of the present one year. It was the ooncensus of the Board to review all regulations and make all changes at the sametime. The Agent was requested to.00me up with changes of the wordings in the regulations. The Agent advised the Board he is still in the process of contacting surrounding towns regarding licensing for retail and food service licenses. Town Counsel advised him he would have to take that up with the Conservation Commission and the Board of Health. The Board would not agree to this as Mr. Curivan is in violations of the Board of Health Regulations by keeping more !than, thte'ei pigs ,`As far as the conditions of the property there is a housekeeping problem with immediate problems of wetlands and health. The Board is also concernod'about the possible pollution problem.. Town Counsel indicated there, may be some type of challenge to the qualifioations of the past and present Health Agent.
