NOVEMBER 16, 1983
Present: Chairman Edward Tartufo, Acting Clerk Peter Fontanini,
Health Agent Karl Drown, Frank Zarek
Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm.
Motion: To elect Peter Fontanini as Acting Clerk.

CORRESPONDENCE
Minutes of October 26, 1983 will be signed at the next scheduled
meeting providing the prescense of the Clerk.
Community Health Agency, Inc., bill dated November 19, 1983, for
( the amount of $1,016.67.
Motion: to pay - (P. Fontanini -F. Zarek, all in favor)
Attleboro Area Mental Health bill dated November 21, 1983 for the
amount of $1,350.00.

Letter to Health Agent Karl Drown from Secretary Dianne Malcuit re-
garding her resignation dated November 8, 1983.

The Health Agent mentioned the Peres to the Board that Peter Fontanini
needed to sign.
Health Agent Drown mentions that he will be back in court in Fall
River with Mr. Currivan and his pigs on Monday November21,1983.
NEW BUSINESS
This year's budget was discussed. The Board approves of it and are
waiting to hear from the Town Manager about it.
Edward Tartufo talked about clarifying the Board's rules and reg-
ulations for Subdivision Peres. Frank Zarek felt that each area
Subdivision should be handled individually.
