Election of Officers: due to lack of Board members, voted to do at the next meeting.with all members present. Minutes of December 28, 1983: due to lack of Board members, voted to do at next meeting will all members present. CORRESPONDENCE A bill to the Board of Health from Community Health Agency, I6c, - for the amount due of $1,016.67 dated January 17, 1984: Motion: To pay (E. Rosenberg -L. Diamond, all in favor) A copy of a letter to the Board of Selectment from Charman John W. Dunn regarding a meeting on Oanuary.23, 1984 at 7:30 pm on a Water Quality Symposium dated November 18, 1983. A letter to all Health Agents from Chester R. Kennedy of Department of Public Health concerning a meeting, dated January 11, 1984. A copy of a letter to Mr. David Mark from Mr. Christopher Tilden (DEQE) concerning the Mansfield Landfill, Notice of Violations, dated January 6, 1984. Diamond, all in favor) Dumpster Regulations were the topic for Old Business. The regulations need to be smoothed out in order to meet the Board's approval. Temporary Dumpsters and Fees were questioned. Both questions will be answered sufficiently in the new regulations. Further discussion has been postponed until the next Board of Health meeting when all of the Board Members are present. NEW BUSINESS A discussion of the problem with the Sewerage plant shut down for all Mansfield Sewage Dumping. Fees should be established for the Haulers A` breakdown of the fees will be presented at the next meeting to the Board by Health Agent Karl S. Drown. A letter will be sent to the Town Treasurer informing her that Karl S. Drown, Health Agent is a permanent employee. Motion: to send letter (E. Rosenberg -L.
