VISITOR
The Board held a discussion with Mr. Robert Clark, Manager of Compo
Chemicals, located on Branch Street, Mansfield. The Board commented on
the communication gap between Compo Chemicals and themselves. The Board
also discussed the location of monitoring hells at Compo Chemicals and the
decision as to whether the testing of the monitoring wells should be done
annually or biannually. Mr. Clark stated that the seventh montitoring well
was installed on November 5 or 6, 1984, and the testing of all the moni-
toring wells was performed during the month of November and he is awaiting
the results. The Board decided that once the monitoring test results were
in, if the level of chemicals reported by the monitoring wells had increased
than the testing would have to be done biannually, and if the level of chemi-
cals had decreased than the testing would be done annually.
