MINUTES
NOVEMBER 20, 1984
Present: Chairman Tartufo, Clerk Rosenberg, Peter Fontanini, and
Karl S. Drown, Health Agent
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Minutes of November 7, 1984
Motion: to approve the Minutes of November 7, 1984

CORRESPONDENCE
( A bill from Community Health Agency to the Mansfield Board of Health in
the amount of $1016.67 for the services of Community Health Agency, as
per contract.
Motion: to pay Community Health Agency $1016.67 for the month of
November.

A letter from Mr. Edward Pershe to the Mansfield Board of Health
regarding his qualifications as a consulting engineer. Mr. Pershe
would like to make his services available to the Board of Health.
Dated November 12, 1984
A letter from the Mansfield Planning Board to the Board of health
regarding the Eastland Estates Definitive Subdivision Plan. The
Planning Board requested recommendations from the Board of Health
concerning the ground water in that area and 'the close proximity
of the Dustin Well to the Subdivision property.
Dated November 13, 1984
A letter from th'@ Mansfield Planning Board to the Board of Health
regarding a joint meeting between the members of the Planning Board
and the members of the Board of Health to discuss the tremendous
increase in development in Mansfield and the subdivision review process.
Dated November 16, 1984.
The Board of Health held a discussion regarding the monthly budget report
form for the month of October. The Board discussed the amount of money
remianing in each of the accounts. The Board, also reviewed payroll
sheets from the past several weeks.

The Board held a discussion regarding Mr. Paul Schulz, Mr. Curvin, and
Mr. Currivan on the progress being made by each party on the followinn
matters: Mr. Schulz - Junk Cars, Mr. Curvin - Pigs, fir. Currivan - Sewage.
The Board also discussed approving the sludge landfill.
Motion: to send a letter to W. Chadwick Maurer, Town ?tanager and
Mr. Joseph Zeneski to arrange a meeting with the Board of
Health to discuss the sludge landfill.

NEW BUSINESS
The Board 'held a discussion regarding the permitting of horse stables in the
Town of Mansfield and increasing the )ermit fees for cesspool pumpers.
