MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Tartufo, Peter Fontanini, and Louis Diamond
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Minutes of April 17, 1985
Motion: To hold off approving and signing the Minutes of April 17, 1985
due to the lack of Board members.
Motion: To appoint Peter Fontanini as acting clerk.
CORRESPONDENCE
1. A letter from the Board of Selectman concerning a reception for
the candidates for Town Manager who will be interviewed for that
position. There will be two receptions; one on Friday, May 31,
1985 and the other on Friday, June 7, 1985• The receptdons will
be held at the Quality Inn of Mansfield at 7:30 P.M.
2. A notice of violation regarding Mansfield Hazardous Waste GE- Datel,
11 Cabot Boulevard.
3. A letter from Gale Engineering Co. regarding a request for Assistance
Landfill Questionnaire concerning Sanitary Landfills.

The Board of Health discussed the cases of Curvin: and his pigs.
The case is presently being held up in court. The Board of Health also
discussed the case of Shultz and his junk cars. Shultz still refuses to
remove these junk vehicles from his property.
