Drown Meeting called to order at 7 :30 p.m. Minutes of April 17, 1985 Motion: to approve the minutes of May 29, 1985 (Clerk Rosenberg - Peter Fontanini, all in favor) CORRESPONDENCE 1. A status report from Mr. Joseph Zeneski, DPW Director. The status report pertained to the conditions which exist in the Town of Mansfield's water supply. The report included the amount of rainfall according to each year and the amount of water used each year. Dated June 19, 1985 2. A copy of a letter from Mr. James Mulski, Director of Human Resources at Datel, to Mr. Christopher Tilden, Chief - Department of Environmental Quality Engineering regarding a notice of violation. Mr. Mulski stated that he was submitting documents and information to establish compliance with the items noted in the "Notice of Violation." (Clerk Rosenberg - Peter Fontanini, all in favor) REPORT OF HEALTH AGENT NO PLANS Mansfield Board of Health Minutes of June 19, 1985 Page Eight NO PERC APPLICATIONS NO PERCOLATION TESTS OLD BUSINESS A) The Board discussed the stump situation located on Mr. Schulz's property at 172 Balcom Street, Mansfield. The Board requested that the Health Agent check on the stump situation. B) The Board discussed the progress being made on printing.septic pystem handbooks for the public. The handbooks would describe the proper care for a septic system. NEW BUSINESS A) The Board of Health discussed the stump dump application from Mr. Wilder. The Board tabled Mr. Wilder's application stating that they needed more information then he submitted. The Board also stated that they wanted a written letter from Mr. Wilder's engineer. B) The Board discussed arranging a meeting with the Board of Selectmen to discuss pig permits in the Town of Mansfield and the progress of the Curvin Pig Case in court.
