MANSFIELD BOARD OF HEALTH

MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 4, 1985
Members Present: Chairman Tartufo, Clerk Rosenberg, Peter Fontanini,
Louis Diamond and Frank Zarek
Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.
NEW BUSINESS
The Board of Health conducted interviews to hire a Health Agent for the
Town of Mansfield with the followings candidates: Scott Leite, Bruce
English, Holly Fannon, Jane Kelleher and David Opatka. The Board of Health
narrowed the candidates doom to David Opatka and Scott Leite; the Board
decided to allow the Town Manager to interview these two candidates and
make a recommendation to the Board of Health.
Motion: To allow the Town Manger to interview the two candidates;
Scott Leite and David Opatka, for the position of Health
Agent for the Town of Mansfield and would like the Town
Manager to make a recommendation on his choice to the Board.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion: To adjourn the Board of Health's meeting of September 4, 1985, at
10:00 P.M.
