MINUTES
August 27, 1986
Members present: Edward J. Tartufo, Chairman; Edward Rosenberg, Clerk;
Peter Fontanini, and Scott Leite, Health Agent
Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M.
2. Waived acceptance of Minutes of July 23, 1986 and August 13, 1986 until
full membership is present.
3• CORRESPONDENCE
Letter from Bailus Walker, Commissioner, Dept. of Public Health, re: low
flouride levels in Mansfield drinking water and offering assistance in
upgrading.
MOTION: To send letter to Town Manager requesting information of water
results of wells. Copy of DPH letter attached.

Letter from Alan Steinberg re: backup of sewer line at 2 Bonney Lane.
4. LICENSES
Application for Disposal Works Installers License for D.E. Hoyle Construction.
Recommendation by Health Agent to deny based on apparent lack of knowledge
of Title 5 and insufficient information on current licenses.
MOTION: To deny Application for Disposal Works Installers License for D.E.
Construction based on Health Agent's recommendation.

Application for Renewal Food Service Establishment for Cousin's Pizza.
MOTION: To approve Application for Renewal of Food Establishment for
Cousin's Pizza.

5. VISITORS
Philip Grefe and Ray Southwick re: groundwater levels for Bristol Arms
septic repairs. More deep observation holes to be performed.
6. OLD BUSINESS
Health Agent Leite discussed resolved and pending junk car complaints.
7. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: To adjourn at 9:00 p.m.
