Re: Bonwood Co. requests extension of Per Applications for Austin Farms Lots:
6, 8, 17, 30, 31, 32 and 33•
Motion to extend for year from date of PF /DS Application. VOTED.
Chairman Tartufo returns to meeting at 9:40pm.
Re: Grant Enterprises, Disposal Works Installers Permit. After an investigation
the Health Agent found Grant Enterprises repairing a septic system with no
permit for the repair. He recommended that Grant Enterprises' Disposal Works
Installers license be revoked.
Motion: To suspend the license, advise of recourse to show why license should
not be revoked.
Pontanini /Rosenberg, all in favor VOTED
Health Agent Leite distributed a draft of a Board of Health Regulation titled
"Requirements for Request of Site Approval for a Public or Private Dumping Ground"
for the Board to consider.
