The Board is very concerned about the levels of watertable. Clerk Rosenberg stongly feels if watertable is above two feet below ground surface, it should be considered wetland. Health Agent Leite pointed out that other Boards have passed a regulation that states that no septic system can be constucted more than two feet above groundwater. The Board requested that Health Agent find out more about this regulation. Health Agent Scott Leite appeared in court on Wednesday, May 20, 1987 - Ed Troy case. The court forgot to notify Ed Troy of court date. ( fiction: If there arenot satisfactory results obtained by Health Agent at the next court appearance scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 1987, Health Agent has permission from the Board to initiate condemnation. In May, 1986, out of $40,000 budgeted for Stearns Avenue site, only $29,271 was used. The remaining $10,000 was used for East Street site. Kalkunte will arrange for backhoe. - Member Fontanini and Member Steele went to Village I to inspect septic system.
