1. CALL TO ORDER at 7 :40 PM by Chairman VanSplinter.
2. CONSENT AGENDA
a. Approval of Minutes, August 1, 1991
b. Approval of Disposal Works Installers Permit:
J.E. Case, Inc., N. Attleboro (previously signed)
Grove Building, Mansfield (previously signed)_

c. Approval of Food Service Permit:
"Touch -N -Go" Restaurant (change of name)
MOTION: To approve Consent Agenda.

3. COMMUNICATIONS
a. Copy of letter and annual contract from Community Visiting Nurses
Agency for 1991 -92 in the sum of $16,450.
MOTION: To approve contract with CVSA for 1991 -92, $16,450,
Rosenberg /Steele. All in favor. VOTED,
b. Fax copy of press release re: Eastern Equine Encephalitis.
Copy of release was given to Mansfield News and Sun Chronicle.
c. Memo and copy of CDC summary on recent benefits and risks
re: fluoride, August 1991, from Gregory N. Connolly, Director, office of
Dental Health. Copy given to each member.
d. Copy of memo, August 14, 1991, from Health Agent to Town Manager,
re: Health Department's Goals and Objectives.

5. HEALTH AGENT'S REPORT
a. Lawn Care Reg: The preliminary injunction is a request for
extraordinary relief. The request was denied in its preliminary stage
and will continue on for a full hearing.
b. 340 South Main St.: The Board of Health received the risk
assessment from DEP /Office of Research & Standards. The recommendation is
that the private wells not be used for any purpose.
