(, a. Brugliera, Goward Drive: Town Counsel sent letter to Mr.
Brugliera's attorney, Mr. Nugent and asked him to make a proposal re:
Mr. Brugliera's septic system. Town Counsel advised Health Agent that
he feels the Judge will not rule in favor of the Town since the system
is working fine, even though it does not meet Title V requirements.
Agent is concerned that Town Counsel is questioning the Board's desire
to enforce the law. Agent will talk with Town Manager re: hiring a
special attorney to argue this case.
b. Nugent, 540 Ware St: Mr. Nugent hired two septage pumping
companies and both certified that his system is working fine. The bank
and prospective buyers are satisfied with the certification; therefore,
the system will not need to be replaced as planned.
c. Troy, 171 Ware St.: Engineer has sent in his evaluation of
the septic system. Since there may be litigation, Agent recommended
that the Board not discuss 171 Ware St.
d. Sewer Reg, Transfer of Ownership: Agent has completed the
breakdown of streets that are partially and totally severed. He read
the letter to be enclosed for use at each lien search. Board had one
minor change. Agent also read the letter of explanation for the
applicant requesting a variance under the sewer reg. One minor
amendment.

j. Tracey Circle: The subdivision plan showed the sewer
