All in favor. VOTED Agent explained why he recommended non - approval of this permit. The last system installed by this company required four inspections for one violation. There has been no supervision on the job and it appears that the installer does not know Title 5. Difficult to work with, not responsive; system took about two months to build, which normally takes an installer three days. Agent feels that since there is a lack of quality with performance, this is not what Mansfield should license. MOTION: To approve the Consent Agenda with the exception of Douglas A. Everyone thought it was a great idea. L Sturbridge Estates: A steam behind Weaver Lane has algae. This may be coming from a septic system and, if so, may have coliform in it.
