Proposed Development and New Construction. Subdivision plan included this lot and
subdivision requires sewer per BOH. Applicant would like 380 Mill St. to remain under her

Mill Street - -not Jameson Court (which is the subdivision street). Lot was perced before
subdivision plan submitted. Form K is required - -lot within subdivision with frontage.
MOTION: To grant variance from Sewer Connection Regulation, Article 2
providing sewer is not accessible at time of occupancy. Upon
transfer of ownership per BOH reg, dwelling shall be connected
to sewer, if accessible. Variance is granted to Mary E. Jameson
for 380 Mill St.

2. Variance Request for Tom Keogh, 9 Wicklow Lane. Variance is sought from BOH
Regulation, Requirements for the Subsurface Disposal of Sanitary Sewage, from 150 gallons per
day per bedroom to 110 gals per day (which falls under the new Title 5). Mr. Keogh is adding a
fourth bedroom to a house whose septic was designed for three bedrooms.
MINUTES, BOARD OF HEALTH, PAGE 2
MOTION: To allow the variance since the size of the septic system
capacity under the Mansfield Board of Health regulation
is sufficient to accommodate four bedrooms.

3. Variance Request for Joanne G. Mainiero, 36 Glen St. Variance sought for sewer
connection regulation, Article I. Buildings Accessible to Sewer, Section 4. Transfer of
Ownership. Agent contacted Engineering Dept. and determined that there is no lateral to 36
