3. Memo from Town Engineer to Town Manager on fluoride injection.
4. Letter from DEP to David Archard, Water Superintendant re: Comprehensive Compliance
Evaluation.
5. Letter (copy) from Town Manager to Douglas Verbic re:Copies of telephone bills, etcetera
relative to calls to the "T" from the Board of Health Office.
6. Report from the Community Visiting Nurse Agency for April 1995.
7. Report from GEI Consultants re: Compo Chemical Company
8. Report from Groundwater Technology re: Former Gorham Silver
9. Memo from Town Engineer to Town Manager re: East Street Landfill- Post closure

5. Health Agent's Report
a. 340 So. Main St.: Groundwater Technology will be conducting a series of indoor air
quality tests in selected homes located over the plume and in the periphery of the plume.
b. Septic System Inspections: Because the number of homes for sales in Mansfield, the
number of septic system inspections has also increased creating temporary additional workload.
c. 12 Peres and 73 Plans
6. Old Business
a. Fluoridation: Received second memo from Town Engineer. Concensus of Board
was that it did not sufficiently answer their questions and concerns.
b. Smoking Reg: No discussion occurred.
c. BOH Septic Reg: Public hearing will be held on Thursday, July 6, 1995.

7. New Business
a. Reexamination of Fees: Emanating from the Selectmen's bi- montly meeting, a
Selectmen asked that the board reexamine the fee for their disposal works installer's permit, in
light of the Selectmen's fee for a drainlayers installer's permit.
MOTION: To send the memo reiterating the Board's position on the fees for
installer's permit, construction permit and pere test and what is involved
with each phase.
