1. Call To Order at 7:40 PM by Chairman Sosman in the Town Hall.
2. Consent Agenda
a. Approval of Minutes, November 2, 1995
MOTION: To approve the Consent Agenda,
Forget/Fontanini All in favor. VOTED

REGULAR CORRESPONDENCE:
1. Community Health & Home Services, Inc., (formerly CVNA), October, 1995 report of
services.
2. Memo to Town Mgr. from Health Agent, Nov. 13, 1995, re: Great Woods complaints of
Nov. 1, 1995 letter.
3. Memo from BOH to Planning Board, Nov. 7, 1995, re: Eastleigh Estates North, Phase H.
4. Memo from Chair Board of Selectmen to Boards and Committees, Nov. 15, 1995, re:
Schedule for Board interviews. BOH Dec. 6th beginning at 8:OOPM.

5. Health Agent's Report
a. Title 5 Deed Restriction: If a lot is limited in size, a deed restriction may be
imposed to limit the size of the septic system and the number of bedrooms in the house.
Chairman Sosman commented that all variances that the Board issues should be filed at the
Registry of Deeds.
b. 380 Mill St.: Agent sent Mrs. Jameson a letter stating that the variance is no
longer in effect and that 380 Mill St. must be hooked up to sewer. Letter sent certified,
return receipt on September 12, 1995. It was discovered that the letter was never mailed for
an unknown reason. A new letter was sent November 7, 1995, return receipt was received by
this office. If there is no response by the November 17th deadline, Agent will contact special
attorney Joe Hannon.
