MINUTES OF MEETING
FEBRUARY 13, 1988
PRESENT: Chairman Harrington; Selectmen Dunn and D'
The meeting was called to order at 9:15 A.M.
The Town Manager passed out handouts covering: Finalized Capital Improvement
Program; Revised FY -88 -89 Projection; Draft Language for Override and Town
Meeting Articles. Discussion followed on the Debt Exemption questions and the
impact on the tax rate of the capital projects being proposed. The Capital
Improvements Committee recommendations and observations were presented by the
Town Manager.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
