BOARD OF SELECTMEN'S

PRESENT: Chairman Harrington; Selectmen Mahana, McNair; �AAAX Town Manager;
1. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PJ . for the purpose of closing
the Annual Town Meeting Warrant.
* MOTION: To open the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting.
Mahana /McNair VOTED: 3 -0
The draft articles were reviewed briefly.
* MOTION: To insert Articles No. 2 through No. 56 in the Warrant.
McNair /Mahana VOTED: 3 -0
* MOTION: To close the Annual Town Meeting Warrant.
Mahana /McNair VOTED: 3 -0
2. Solid Waste Alternatives Committee
Due to the inability for the Chairman of the Solid Waste Alternatives
Committee to obtain a quorum to approve their final report, she had con -
tacted the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen to ask for an extension of
time.
* MOTION: To extend the Solid Waste Advisory Committee report deadline
thirty (30) days.
Mahana /McNair VOTED: 3 -0
3. Adjournment
* MOTION: To adjourn (at 6:23 P.M.). McNair /Mahana
