PRESENT: Chairman Dunn; Selectmen Wills, D'Onofrio, McNair; Town Manager
The Board of Selectmen voted to insert the following question on the ballot
of the 1984 annual election:
QUESTION
Shall the Town of Mansfield be allowed to exempt the amounts re-
quired for the bond issued in order to reconstruct and repair the
Mansfield High School roof. The authorized bond limit under this
question shall not exceed $520,000.

SI IMMARY
This will exempt principal and interest payments on the high school
roof from the taxation limits of Proposition 2 -112, provided the
Annual Town Meeting authorizes the permanent financing. Based on
a repayment plan of five (5) annual payments, in permanent financing,
the town will appropriate $150,000 in FY -85 which will have a tax
rate impact of thirty -five (35) cents per thousand (1,000) dollars
of real estate valuation.
