2. Bill Yetman /Sewer Connection
Mr. Yetman appeared before the.Board this evening with plans showing the
approximate style and size of the proposed building he is requesting a
sewer connection permit for, the inside layout, and a site plan. It will
be a 3 -story building, no basement, designed to blend with the style of

a tenant for the building and hope to have it ready for occupancy by Jan-
uary of 1985. The building will not require any variances.
Selectman Levine relayed information she had obtained concerning Cross -
point Development Co. (Mr. Yetman's company), which was all favorable,
and reviewed a discussion she had had with the DPW Director concerning
the infiltration problem, as covered with Mr. Yetman's first appearance
before the Board. She then reiterated her concern for equity in granting
sewer connections.
* MOTION: Based on the tentativeness of all of this, the first thing to do
is to lift the moratorium.
Levine /Wills
AMENDED MOTION: To be effective March 15, 1984, and that we accept appli-
cations for sewer connections on a first come first serve
basis, with a limit that connections will only be per-
mitted to the degree that is presently available plus the
amount that the DPW Director reports reductions of infil-
tration to us.

The Town Manager reminded the Board and Mr. Yetman that any connection for
over 2,000 gallons has to be approved by the State, and this could take
approximately two months and would precede application for a Building Per-
mit and sewer connection.
