Wills /Levine Selectman Levine questioned whether cutting back the closing time would re- quire a hearing. It was suggested that perhaps they should be given advance ( notice as it would have a definite impact on revenue for the owners. It was BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES OF MEETING NOVEMBER 30, 1983 PAGE 3 felt that this should be considered by the Board, but the reasoning for uniformity for all license holders, as well as the fact that to close Hidden Country at the same time as other concerns would definitely cut down on the Liquor Disturbance reports, were valid considerations. Select- man McNair suggested that the Board should advise the owners of the pos- sible change of closing time and invite them to meet with the Board to dis- cuss the matter. Selectman D'Onofrio also expressed a concern that the Town might be liable if Hidden Country is not given a warning before chang- ing their closing time.
