have this done. Walter Westcott, Sr. will be with his son to view the building.

insulated box and would be heated, to set up on the back of the building to
move material we have in the vaults. Cannot put records into wooden building.
Called State and was advised that there would be no problem with the trailer
box. Rental would be $60. per month. Had offer of vault at the High School,
but would have to travel back and forth. Cannot move Town Clerk or Treasurer
until we have secured space for their records. Board approved securing vault.
The Town Manager also advised that the State Fire Marshal had given his okay

kept. After further discussion, upon a motion by Selectman Clemmey, seconded

meeting. Planning Board should be in on the planning of the new Town Hall.
Mr. Maurer offered his services to help in any way he could.
Selectman Zecher spoke about the troubles we have had with the payrolls. Ad-
vised that there was a possibility of the bank taking over like they did before.
He had talked with Dave Thibault. He could take over and loan a girl to help
the Treasurer, and could get next week's payroll out by Wednesday or Thursday.
The bank would take care of the W -2 forms also. The cost for 1970 would be
$212. per month, and approximately $235. per month for 1971 which includes the
schools too. Recommend that the Board give serious consideration to this and
let him know tonight, and moved to initiate a contract with the Manufacturer's
National Bank to take over the payrolls for the town for the remainder of the
year, and also for next year. Mr. Thibault wanted a contract this time. After

any way. The building is of a size suitable for our needs. Discussed a plan

Town Hall should located, had four different locations suggested: construct
another building on the present site; locate near center of town and along
