$346,266,34, Selectman Zecher questioned several vouchers; one for Major

the voucher for the rental of the sand screening plant. He objected for the
- same; reason as last week, because we are bypassing the Town Meeting vote,

the Commonwealth to register with the Division of Banking Insurance, and to
identify the name and address of the principal owners of the newspapers,
and further to establish a procedure whereby any person who feels the news has
been deliberately slanted, distorted or omitted may file a complaint with the
Division to be investigated. A hearing would be held and the findings pub -
licized which may be appealed to Superior Court. After a discussion, upon a
motion by Selectman Main, seconded by Selectman Zecher it was voted to support
