Special executive meeting of the Board /EOr 10:00 A.M. this date.
Meeting called at 10:20 P.M.
All members present$ and the Town Manager.
Met with L. Ferrierp Superintendent of the Light Department regarding general
problems relating to the operation of the Department.
After discussion$ the Board agreed to go into open session.
Upon a motion by Selectman Saunderst seconded by Selectman Caponigro it was
voted'to approve voucher 1948 for water casks for the Light Department in the
amount of $48.60.
Upon a motion by Selectman Caponigro, seconded by Selectman Saunders it was
voted to approve voucher 1938 for Petty Cash in the amount of $73.17.
Upon a,motion by Selectman Saunders, seconded by Selectman Main it was voted
to approve voucher 1937 ® trip to Pittsburgh in the amount of $99.45
The Board went into executive session with the Police Chief relative to
(" appointments to Civil Service list and status of three present Patrolmen
appointed.
The Board also reviewed a letter prepared by Mr. Camp to be sent to Merckens
Chocolate concerning their plan for sewerage disposal.
