Minutes of Special meeting held this date at the Mansfield High School
Auditorium at 7 :15 P.M.
All members were present at the meeting.
There was a discussion on the Zoning Board of Appeals appointments.
A motion was made. by Selectman Saunders that Willard Roots be appointed
to full membership on the Board, and that Karl Clemmey be appointed to fill
Willard Roots' vacancy as an Associate member, sub jest to Willard Rootst
acceptance, which was seconded by Selectman Main..
There was further discussion by the Board about these appointments. At
this time the Chairman asked Selectman Saunders to withdraw his motion
and Selectman Main withdrew his second, and to table the discussion until
Wednesday night, April 7, 1971. They agreed to withdraw their motions
and the Board agreed to table the discussion until next Wednesday night.
The meeting adjourned at 7:25 P.M.
