on Willow Street requesting that the Board review irecdetail th -proposedrsewer
system. To sewer this project in its entirety a lift station will be required.
This would be the first lift station in a development, and because the town would
have to mainfa- inthis station when the road is accepted, the Planning Board wants to
insure that the design of this system is in conformance with town standards. An
arrangement with Home Developers Inc. and Waldor Realty to connect the roads of the
,.two subdivisions together through from Willow Street to South Main Street has not
yet been finalized. However, the lift station will be required.
Another letter received from the Planning Board regarding the Canoe River. Acres sub -
division. Advised the Board met with Douglas King and John Morley concerning this
subdivision. Mr. King presented the proposed definitive plan which showed the pro-
posed underdrain system which was required by the Planning Board, as a result of
an engineering study made. Mr. King's concern was regarding the occupancy permit
on lots 6 and 7 on Ware Street. The Plumbing Inspector will not issue the occupancy
permit until the underdrain is installed in accordance with the subdivision plan.
The Planning Board suggested that the certificate of occupancy could be issued if
Mr. King filed with the town a performance guarantee for the installation of the
underdrain and drainage system which would service lots 6 and 7 once the subdivision
is completed. The estimated amount to cover these improvements would be $2,000.

would be encountered .regarding additional intersections, additional time for
the the Police and Fire Departments to follow the loop to get to their destinations.
Suggested that the Main Street business district be restricted to parking on the

accepted by a Town Meeting vote.
