Proposed Legislative Bill to revise Chapter 90 funding
April 18, 1973
The Board met in executive session to discuss the responsibility for payment
of a bill for a water service repair. The Town Counsel advised the Board that
the party had no legal recourse against the tom. The Town Manager to investigate
the matter further.
W. H. Riley and the Town Manager met last Thursday and Mr. Riley suggested two
Attorneys discuss price on property for access to the well site. Also discussion
concerning the status of the financial arrangements for the Witch Pond well.
The Town Counsel suggested new appraisal,and amend the Town Meeting article if
necessary.
Testing of Dustin's well was discussed. Town Manager will report back on the
matter.
A motion.was made.by Selectman Seeher,_seconded by Selectman Colella to abate
$96.61 for "Frederick F:'EasinMrood on Beech Street for charges pertaining to
sewer assessment, and Tax': Title charges, and it was so voted.
Selectman Caponigro moved that the Board go into open session which was seconded
by Selectman Colella and so voted.
Motion to adjourn made by Selectman Secher, seconded by Selectman Levine, and
so voted.
