Selectman Titus asked the other Board members if they had changed their
minds since the vote taken last Wednesday evening. Selectman Clemmey
and Colella indicated that they were still not in favor of this.
Selectman DeLong suggested that the Board send someone down to the
meeting and that Mansfield vote only if needed.
Selectman Titus moved that a representative of the Mansfield Selectmen
be empowered to submit an "aye" vote on the formation of the Attleboro
Taunton Regional Transit Authority on the condition that a sixth and de-
ciding vote is needed. Seconded by Selectman DeLong, and voted 3 -2, with
Selectman Colella and Clemmey opposed.
