Chief De'file asked if anyone knew when the Richardson Avenue bridge would be opened.
The problem is that people who are not famil,i:4r with the area are detoured far
out of their way. Chairman Titus feels that there should be a detour sign put up
to alert people a good distance away from the actual point. Also a sign should be
out up advising people of children waiting for buses on Oak Street due to the
influx in traffic.
