Present: Vice Chairman David McCarter, C erk George Dentino, Selectman Louis
Amoruso and Selectman Michael cCue (arrived at 6:25pm)
John D'Agostino, Town Manager
Mr. McCarter, acting as Chairman, called the meting to order at 6:15pm.
The Board discussed the remaining warrant arti les and made the following motions:

At the May 23rd session of Town Meeting, the Bard was polled by the Vice Chairman on
an amendment to Article 45, which would not s ecify where the additional liquor license
would go. The poll vote was 0-3-1 (with Mr. Mc arter, Mr. McCue, and Mr. Amoruso
voting against and Mr. Dentino abstaining).
